2. How is it applied?
- Just like mascara. Some prefer to apply their regular mascara as a base. I personally prefer to apply to my bare lashes. You apply one coat of the transplanting gel, one coat of the fibers, then another coat of the transplanting get to seal the fibers. Repeat as necessary.
