The most unbelievable 26 minutes I have ever witnessed...

The night of Sept. 30th was amazing.  Younique launched in the UK.  The launch took place at 3:00 a.m. our time which was 10 a.m. on October 1st in the UK.  Our site went live and it was unbelievable!!!  We have something called the triple digit club.  It is a special club for the first 999 Presenters in each country we launch in.  This group gets a special charm, extra Y cash and bragging rights to say that they were one of the founding Presenters in that country.  Just to give you an idea of how amazing this night was, when we launched in Nov. or 2012, it took 9 months for the triple digits club to get filled up.  That means it took 9 months for the first 999 Presenters of the company to get signed up.  On October 1st, it only took 26 minutes for the UK triple digits club to be filled!  999 people in the UK signed up in 26 minutes!  I kept clicking on refresh and the number would jump by 50 people or more each time!  It was amazing!  It was a total rush to watch history in the making!  I went to bed at 3:45 that morning!  We have made the news because of it and we also have recently been featured on the news and the TV show called Doctors because of our amazing 3D Fiber Lashes!  Check it out below!   Just copy and paste into your URL browser and enjoy!  It is only a couple of minutes long.

These are my own personal results.  I LOVE what Younique's 3D Fiber Lash magic mascara
can do for my lashes!  I say it is a push up bra for my lashes and we all need a little lift, right?  LOL

“Some have taken to calling this month "ROCKTOBER", and while I am certainly in favor of that, you all did actually ROCK September quite nicely, as well! We closed the month by having our first 2 million dollar day and by welcoming nearly 5,000 Presenters—all in a single day! Combine that with the UK launch that happened just hours later and let’s just say it was quite the 36 hour period! September ended with over 25 million in sales and nearly 24,000 new Presenters! All I can say is….WOW!” –Derek Maxfield, Younique Founder and CEO

Did you catch that???  Younique did close

to 26 million dollars in the month of

September!  That is a lot of makeup!!!

Some not so great news...our wonderful neighbor passed away a couple of weeks ago.  He was only 44 and left a beautiful wife and 4 great boys.  He was one of the most charitable men I have ever met.  He was President of 12 credit unions and helped us get a loan when no one else would even look at us because we are both self employed.  He also bought a nice Younique makeup collection for his wife to help me build my Younique business.  How sweet is that?  He was a great scout leader to our boys and when they would go on a camp out, he would get Cafe Rio for all the boys and boy were they in heaven!  I would tell him that he was going straight to heaven for his service with the scouts and he would just chuckle.  I have no doubt that is where he is now.  He will be greatly missed.  Rest in peace my friend.  you were a giant of a man.
